Platrium is Zango ?
I got this file through the following trail:

software4thenet.com
hotbar.com/installation/Browsing/platrium/PlatriumHB.htm?ref=152127
installs.platrium.com/downloads/Platrium/Bundles/Platrium/setup.exe

Apparently it is Zango but VirusTotal isn't showing much:
