check out the Downloads section...personally,I mostly enjoy Ripper...excellent tool!

Ripper is a tool for extracting known archive-types from installers,
like Wise, Inno Setup, Instyler ex-it! etc.
It will rip the following archive-types from a file:
zlib, bzip2, gzip, cab, zip, rar, embedded exe/dll files.
