help - how do i get rid of scan4atom.info?

Whenever I open up explorer this stupid URl opens www.scan4atom.info and it tells me I have trojans etc.. and to download their software to get rid, which i haven't done. But then when i go to cancel or close it won't let me, it just stays open - argghhh. What do I do to get rid of this??
