found lists of passwords on my hacked site

Hello,

My site seemed to be hacked by a roundcube exploit. I have removed everything ( i hope ) but found also lists with ftp sites and their users and passwordt. I tried some and most seem to be working and i think they are - or will be - exploited too.
Is there someplace where i could go with these lists so the owners can get warned?
