In the list itself obviously...simply enter your domain's name in the "Search" form,
and you'll see the name of the malware discovered / the reason it's been listed...

1)Via pm through the forum to JohnC...
2)Via using the following form:
http://www.malwaredomainlist.com/contact.php

Assuming it has been "cleaned" from nasties of course,
domain will be removed from the list in the very next update of it...
