Phishing site violates VKontakte security.
This site (hxxp://vk-quests.info/ and redirect hxxp://vk-guests.narod.ru) steals usernames and passwords of the Russian social network VKontakte (analogue of Facebook). Site offers fake service like "Who visits your profile?". And misguided users enters their logins and passwords to malefactors.
