Fake Skype - SMS Fraud

Hi,

while looking for ransoms I have found this interesting site hxxp://skype-downloads.ru/
Design partially copied from http://skype.com

As payload this site give you installer exe (hxxp://77.221.149.219/get/311/23639) of something named "Skype"

While installation process (which is copy-pasted from original Skype) it ask you to activate itself through sending SMS to specific number (it depends on country which is selectable).
So it acts like typical SMS Hoax asking you to send SMS.
