Yeah, I sent Julio a tweet to see if there are any issues. It traceroutes ok but 99% of the time it times out loading the webpage.

it is a problem also in us ... i just had a chat with theplanet, they also are unable to access virustotal.com

must be a problem at dallas co-location  theplanet ....

Yes I have had problems with VT.
SSL/https is working fine on VT and thats what I've been using since the other isn't working right.

strange... i also switched now our vt subroutines to https.. and all is fine

I'm also experiencing issues with it, about a week ago what I believed to be a DOS attack caused major clogging thus making the scan times go to thousands or more minutes, checking the statistics I found W32/RAHack to have been uploaded a lot.
I hope this isn't related to that.

It was giving a "internal server error" for some time but the URL scan interface worked just fine!

After sometime the URL scan interface is taken down! Now it has the high workload warning.

May be its the Criminals way to say Happy Birthday VT!
