Forum suggestion: list of tools & resources

I have a suggestion:

Make a sticky threat with a list of all the tools and utilities (with their homepages and brief description) that get suggested on this forum. There are so many great tools and no easy way to keep track... Kind of like what you've done with the blog links and such.

I would start it myself but i'm lazy and busy at the moment. If no one does it, maybe i'll give it a shot when i have more time.
