Minor modification to mdlcsv.php. It has been added due to a request by one of our members.

You can now export active urls only by querying

http://www.malwaredomainlist.com/mdlcsv.php?inactive=off

We have made a minor modification to

http://www.malwaredomainlist.com/updatecsv.php and
http://www.malwaredomainlist.com/mdlcsv.php

A user notified us that our csv files are not RFC complaint. This could cause parsing problems.
According to RFC4180 (section 2.7)  adouble quote within values must be escaped by preceding
it with another double quote. This has now been implemented.

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180
Quote
If double-quotes are used to enclose fields, then a double-quote
appearing inside a field must be escaped by preceding it with
       another double quote
