Google has banned .co.cc and .co.be. domains.

not sure if this action will do anything as there are many other free domain registration services like co.cc

Hopefully they will be next!  Best bet for next ban would be ce.ms and co.tv.

Absolutely! And couple it with blocking rr.nu.
