Title: cross reference of virus names used by different AVs
Post by: Orac on June 20, 2008, 11:59:54 am
It's a huge .xls spreadsheet (421Kb zipped), searching it may be useful if you run across an obscure infection name, about 30 AV companies, 2300+ entries.

I think the vgrep tool is very outdated... I'm not sure if it is still supported by virus bulletin.

BTW- i highly recommend that you all sign up for vb. You won't get the journal, but you do get a monthly newsletter with interesting news and such.
