I also sent an email but I am not sure if that is the best way to reach you guys. Our site, Box.net, is a business file collaboration tool. Someone must have put some malware in an account for download, which has since be reported and taken down. In the mean time those links are on your list now and we are getting blocked by some locations based upon that list. I looked in your listing and found several URLs which I then tested and they are all dead links. Can we get this entry removed?
Thanks for any help

I've marked those in our database, as inactive.

However, please bear in mind that your service, just like the likes of Rapidshare etc, are a haven for the bad guys to share and spread malicious files - it is this reason that people block your site. If you started being alot more pro-active, and actually checked the files users upload, for malicious content (how you do that is up to you), you'd find people would be less inclined to block your site.
