afilias.info and deleted (.info) domains

When doing a nslookup on some of their deleted domains, I get the "*** No address (A) records available for" reply instead of the normal "can't find *: Non-existent domain".

Example: fghxdgbxdfgbxfdg.info

Shouldn't I only get that reply if the domain is alive and has name servers but they are not responding with an IP address?
