For a detailed description regarding what dnstracer is and does,
have a look at the author's webpage:
http://www.mavetju.org/unix/dnstracer.php

What you get here is a win32 port of version 1.5,made by XS Labs...actually,
I hadn't checked their webpage since the moment I had got it in the first place,
and today,I noticed that unfortunately they've removed it from their newer site:
http://www.xs.fi/
So I thought it might be useful to have it accessible here for people to do their work...

Unix version changelog though is up to v1.9 currently,
I'll compile it under mingw32 gcc and test it at some later moment,
and when successful,I'll post back...
