They are the same host.  Host names are case insensitve.  I suggest just lower casing everything to prevent duplicates.  Here is a list of all the hosts that have upper case characters:

Yeah, I know - NIT-PICKY!  But it fouls up my automated script way of doing things and then I have to do most of it manually.  I look at each and every host individually and manually, just like you do.  Anything that speeds up what I do is a god-send.  EMACS and other good editors (I use MicroEMACS on Linux & BSD) will just upper-case or lower-case everything with a tap of a few keys.  I believe both NotePad++ and psPad (both free) will do it on Windows.

Why do I prefer lower-case instead of upper-case?  I don't program in FORTRAN and I don't like getting shouted at.  The guys I knew that programmed in FORTRAN on VMS (before it became OpenVMS) would sit down in front of the terminal, look at the keyboard, and then thump down the Caps Lock key.  They had all kinds of grief when the school I went to shifted to using Unix systems.  We also had to explain that the version of FORTRAN on the Unix systems allowed lower case characters.
