Hello everyone:
I just stumbled upon the domain list today and first of all this is a fantastic website. The world of malware research has been dominated by samples for far to long. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where some of the urls come from? If this is all community driven well then how can I help, can I submit links as well?

Welcome on board! 

...most of the urls are found via following links through spam-mails,
checking the html source of "not-so-clean" webpages...
(bobby's Malzilla is THE tool to make life easier for tasks like this),
lurking around in irc and trojan exchange forums,
in order to gather and reverse botnet/backdoor samples etc...
you get the point,these are some of the commonly used practices...

As for submitting links,yeah,sure you can...that's the main point after all,
just wait a bit until JohnC (ie.the...boss,lol!) logs in...
in order to provide some thorough details on how to...

maybe there should be a "sticky" in the main page or something,
in order to make the whole process easier for people,
ie."How to submit url pointers to malware"...
or probably via a sub-forum maybe...what do you think?

Malicious domains can be submitted via the contact page, forum private message, or just posted on the forum. Which ever is the most convenient for you.

I had this question sent to me through the contact page today aswell, so it may be best to create a sticky as you pointed out. Or perhaps create a forum for malicious domains to be posted. I'll create that forum now
