Mail Forwards

I just love HTML email messages.  I have to save them to read them since I see nothing.
Starts with:

http://www.mil-colores.com/forwarding.htm

goes to:

http://dimarikanko.ru:8080/forum/links/column.php

Second black-lists but has obfuscated script that does not work on Linux in Firefox or Opera..  mil-colores.com is not at same IP as www.mil-colores.com and shows default Apache test page.  I have had about 4-5 of these in email.  The first hosts bite disappears quickly.  This is about the third time I have saw the second host.  I wanted to block the first since they are useless but they fall out of DNS quickly.  Must block second.  They had no (EASY) mechanism for me to report the problem to them.
