malicious malware wont let me use the internet
Can someone please help? I am getting malware from a site...http://sc.videofreeforonline.  
 It pops up a download from ....Totalsecure 2009.exe208.85.18....
I am not a computer guy, and I need to know how yo remove this popup. I have run spybot and pc doctor and it says I am clean, but it still pops up. Can anyone help?

I've checked the file totalvirus2009.exe. Only 3 antivirus products can detect it at the moment.

I would suggest you the tool MBAM from http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
