How to get your domain removed?

My domain is black listed on your service. I've already submitted it to other major vendors for removal. I wasn't using my hosting for some time and seems as if somebody gained access to my site. The files were removed once my host notified me. I've since then changed my passwords and reformatted to confirm I am not infected with anything.
