...has just happened with Google?  >:(
How in the world (since today),when searching for "malware domain list"...
our board is not returned back in the results -> NOT EVEN in the 10th page? >:(

Maybe some lamer out there got 'annoyed' by our presence,
and filled some ridiculous report in order to get us 'blackholed':
yeah,sure...if that's the way it's gonna be...don't worry,there's more than a few ways around...
Cool - instead of having haxor forums taken down/'disappearing',we've got ours blacklisted...

JohnC,maybe some temporary misconfiguration/downtime period prevented Google from indexing?
Guys/girls,any thoughts on this?  ???

Thanks for helping MysteryFCM...
I tried via google.gr,then I gave a try at google.com/ncr,
in an attempt to force usage of different server,
as I know they 're using some kind of dns balancing...
for example,.gr used 64.233.183.104, /ncr used 66.249.91.103...
But I got same results both times,no luck...MDL is currently not indexed. :-\

P.S:...edited the thread's title to something more...gentle,lol...
My nerves got a quite a bit of a kick a few minutes ago,
now it's about time my senses get calmed down...  :)

Hopefully this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, I posted in the webmaster discussion forum: http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-Indexing/browse_thread/thread/c94094607e14d518/e0f8a6b7cad0f1ad#e0f8a6b7cad0f1ad

for what it is worth, i just did a google-search  (www.google.com) for "malwaredomainlist.com" and it came right up, at the top of the list:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=malwaredomainlist.com&btnG=Google+Search

I only see malwaredomains.com. I have even removed the forum we were using for forum spam, though that shouldn't have been a problem as there were not any live links, because everything was taken from spam traps. I have, however had a few angry emails from people being quite aggressive, assuming that we own some of the spam sites that appear on google. Basically they search their site name in google, and find spam results that lead to malware. Then they search the spam sites in google and find this site, then assume we own those spam sites. I know this, because like I said I have got angry emails, and I have to explain to them the situation. So perhaps google has got complaints about this site from people that believe we are responsible. Or it could even have been a deliberate attack, where spammers have complained to get us removed.

Either way, it is the only thing I can think of that got us removed, and I would have thought google would have checked this site out first before removing us. Unless there is a live link to malware posted on the forum somewhere, but I don't think so.

Maybe I'm too much prejudiced...but I'm 99% confident that some idiot filled a complaint.

Doh?Are they completely dumb or something? ???
What do they think....that there actually exists a public forum,
where spammers would speak/share stuff about their actions?
Gee,I think it's quite obvious why such a site wouldn't exist in the first place...
And to my point of view...this behavior also makes me suspicious:
why would anyone need special explanations via personal e-mail...
can't they read plain English both in the main page and the forum?

I seriously doubt it's forum spam and the like...but just in case,
maybe we should change permissions for all spam-related sections,
so that they're viewable only after someone gets logged in...
At least we won't have every 'genious' out there nagging you with stupid e-mails,
like we're responsible with what kind of spam gets posted in their boards...

Basically they search their site name in google and find spam results that lead to malware.
Then they should protect/keep their sites and forums clean,
or whatever else is needed,in order to not get this kind of results:
does it say anywhere around here that we are the Google Ranking support team or something?
Quite the contrary...most probably we're also searching them as well at the moment!... :D
Angry or not, don't know...but this attitude is certainly not to be appreciated:
since they're web admins, they'll have to deal with these problems by themselves,
instead of accusing others because of their inability to do so...

As for live links,no,I don't think also...there's only a handful of uploaded archives,
and all of them are password-protected for obvious reasons, thereby I doubt about it...

...and one more thing that puzzles me...is that it's totally removed:
if it was some kind of 'live link' that got us 'flagged',
don't know, but I think that most probably it would still be listed,
but with that message by Google stating:'This site may harm your computer'...
Or whatever it says anyway...  :-\

Still though, you know what I was thinking...
I'll check ever link here in order to change it from http to hxxp,
in case we've missed any and that's what is causing the trouble...

Yahoo lists it in the first place...we'll see how we will get over this situation,
maybe we should re-post in Google's mailing list if it doesn't get resolved in the next few days,
and describe in detail what is this site/board all about...I mean,
they must be reading their 'own' maililing lists after all...

And furthermore,it's ridiculous...
We've been around here since early August previous year,
and always returned as a first result also...
And now,after all these months,
they somehow discovered that they "don't like us" to even be listed in their indexing?

Nah,I simply don't believe this...just think of it...
how can this be the case, after all,we're not the only ones out there:
there are more boards out there where links to malware get posted...
or even malware samples themselves. There's certainly something else going on...  >:(

I've parsed every thread in 'Malicious Domains' section and edited every http to hxxp...
I've also enclosed them in tags, almost all of them are 'quote' tags,a few might be 'code' based ones...
We'll see if that changes anything,anyway....
at least it makes life easier for anyone who might want to code an automated script or so,
in order to 'rip' all malware-related links at one,he-he...

First hit on Microsoft's search engine live.com... I don't think it's a robots.txt problem.

...still no luck with Google... >:(
Live.com and Yahoo are ok though...

EDIT:JohnC already sent a re-inclusion request to webmaster@google.com,
a bit of patience is needed though, and we'll see how it goes...

We're back on google, well a few pages are. More of the site will be indexed soon. Atribune sent an email to a contact, and they gave a link to check if we have any problems, which we didn't. I also filed a re-inclusion request in the webmaster tools, and the bots started crawling again a few days ago. And a few pages have appeared on google.
